Why Is Members’ Phone Number Needed?
We are facing fake orders or purchases only for trials and those situations causes a time loss, accordingly causes performance decline from us, to you, valuable customers. To avoid this process, we need to have a phone number to confirm the order when needed.

What Is a Shopping Cart?
It is an area that you collect the products you choose, after you log in. Before confirming your order you can eliminate your cart, add other items or change the quantities. Items inside your cart will be saved when you log off or close the page and you can continue from where you left next time you log in.

How Can I Find What I am Looking for Easily?

What Should I Do After Ordering?
Two ways for payment are by bank transfer and by credit card.
1) For bank transfers, you need to complete your payment in 3 workdays on the bank account given to you and complete the Transfer Notification Form.
2) For credit card paying, there is nothing to do afterwards, you’ll be informed by e-mail or maybe in some cases our customer service will be calling you for informing.

What Are Delivery Ways for My Purchases?
When you’re order with payment is completed, the goods will be delivered to your address in 1-7 days by cargo. For exceptional situations, you can call our customer services and by informing, deliver your cargo at our office. Please click for our contact info.

Is It Secure Enough to Give My Credit Card Details for Shopping?
3D Secure Trade is valid in our system. Credit card payments are secure with 3D (Secure Trade). After entering credit card details, please enter last button to complete. Then you’ll see SMS confirmation window that’ll finish your operation.

What is 3D Secure Trade?
This is a cooperation between banks and companies to maintain complete secure payments for customers paying with their credit cards. With 3D Secure system, at the payment stage, a new window pops up and the bank sends a password to customers’ mobile, to be entered on the purchasing window. So the system makes sure the customer is not fake and the purchasing card owner is correct. When 3D Secure is on, and still there occurs a problem, bank owns all responsibility.
